Access Services online is being replaced by Microsoft PowerApps and Flow this year. Starting June 2017, users will not be able to create new Access Services web apps online. Microsoft will continue to run existing apps until April 2018.
This change will only affect Access Services web apps online. Microsoft has committed to supporting Access Services web apps on premise based on the SharePoint product life cycle guidance. Anyone who is using online Access Services should plan to start migrating to PowerApps and Flow. The suggested migration will place the data formally stored in SQL Server into a SharePoint list. Guidelines on how to port to PowerApps are available here.
